The fool is trying to imply people are wrong when they slate Floyd for doing what is perceived to be bidness decisions.... ducking Pac was a good bidness decision apparently, despite missing out on his biggest payday.

Good lord, everything is about Mayweather with these ******
But neither does Froch. And his reason for not fighting Ward again is because "Americans don't want to see it."
In reality I think Carl knows deep down he would be getting schooled again. It's not like rematching Groves or Kessler. Rematching Ward would be entirely different.
This way he doesn't have two losses against the same guy on his record and can say "I had an off night. My preparations were all screwed up etc etc etc"

Yeah because it wouldn't be nearly as lucrative as the Groves or Kessler rematches. It's not a PPV fight in America.
Froch-Ward II benefits only Andre Ward from a financial perspective and he's already overpricing himself because he refuses to admit that Froch, whilst being the number 2 in terms of ranking, is by far and away the number 1 draw.

That's not what I meant.
What you said is true, of course.
But I was meaning purely from a fight perspective.
I mean did anyone really, I mean really, think he would lose his rematches against Groves and Kessler?
But does anyone really think he would beat Ward in a rematch?
Disregard all the business aspects of boxing. Carl Froch cannot beat Ward and he knows it. The fact it isn't smart financially for him to take the fight merely gives Froch a convenient reason not to fight him.
Translation: I could never beat Ward and would rather take winnable, more exciting fights for better money before I retire.
Yeah just like Froch knew he couldn't beat Groves and was going to duck the rematch....obviously Ward is a different challenge but I don't think anyone should question Froch's belief and willingness to take tough fights.
Andre Ward needs to do his part by becoming more relevant. Froch has been doing his dirty work for the past couple of years.
