Yes he #3 can wait while #1 fights #10. Bringing up that Stevenson is goings to fight the highest rates guy while he avoided the highest rated guy he had available at the time (who also has a belt and brought more mkney) to fight fonfara is ******ed

Obviously he didnt bring more money or Stevenson wouldnt have signed to showtime. Hw can you not understand that? And number 3 is Pascal IMO who is available for Kov if he trys for it but i havent heard him trying for any of the other big names.

No he fought Fonfora cause of the contract he signed. He didnt duck anyone IMO. He will still fight who i think is the best at LHW. Even after he fights BHop if he wins i would prefer Pascal cause i rate him higher than Kov. But its a done deal so nothing we can say will change that. Kov shouldnt sit back and whine about it but go after the other names in this division. There are plenty instead of sitting on a shelf and waiting for the lawsuit to sort itself out.

HBO was angling for Kov and Stevenson to fight but why not just put them in to fight? Showtime is doing nothing different with Stevenson and Bhop

Replace "legend" with "50 year-old man who is not the animal that Kovalev is" and you got it...he was promised the easier fight with Hopkins...Hopkins throws about 10 punches a round, hasn't KOed an opponent in 100 years, and was dominated by Dawson...

P.S. something tells me if Stevenson demands random-blood testing, Hopkins won't take the fight or he'll start crying like he did with Pascal

let me get this right, your saying fighting konalev and beating him, picking up one belt, does more for your career than fighting and possibly beating bhop, picking up 2 titles and not to mention more money? You're either not a true boxing fan or on kovalev's payroll. What's ironic is that bhop offered Kovalev a title shot, but he opted to face the much easier foe cleverly. Kovalev should be the last person complaining. He had his chance, and passed it up because he knew he'd lose. Stevenson didn't make the same mistake and jumped at the opportunity as any boxer should

Because Stevenson rejected kovalev and then was nothing HBO could do. The big picture is that they already set up the fight and Stevenson said no.

Why did he fight fonfora instead of kovalev? What was the reason? He has a belt and money and is highest rated at the time
