Don't get me wrong, I believe this is certainly possible and if true probably a big reason as to why Schaefer is out. I just want to see some proof

That didn't say anything about him not being signed with GBP. I know he's with Haymon. Everyone knows that, but does he have a contract with GBP was my question

Don't know why. It's all such a weird situation.

Like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if this were true. Schaefer was obviously doing something behind closed doors that was messing up De La Hoya's vision of GBP. I just keep on hearing this whole signed with Haymon but not GBP as if it were a fact but haven't seen any evidence for it.

Thurman and Porter actually said in video interviews they're free agents but signed to Haymon. I think Khan's GBP deal ran out last summer, not sure if he signed a new one but he has since signed with Haymon.
