What do you do for a living? Probably a lot of you here work as professionals. I pay $5,829 a semester for college, two semesters a year. I pay it myself, no student loans, FAFSA, etc. I have other expenses. I don't know what your rent is in New England, here I live in one of the cheaper neighborhoods in NYC, the rent is $1300, plus phone bill, utility, etc. College books are not cheap either. Transportation everyday stacks up, food, etc.

All that and I don't have a salary based job, like you probably have.

So no I am not joking, baller.
      For two semesters a year*.

i was actually a ****, and didn't read the part about you being a college student. i'd stream that crap if i were in school, especially a junk card like cotto and martinez dead body. streams weren't around when i was in school, and if they were, they ******.

i don't work on a salary. i'm self employed. i don't have a rent either. i'm a homeowner. i'm really not a lavish baller, kelvie, just a ball breaker. i do ok for myself.

if you're in school you shouldn't feel any shame about streaming it. some of these guys are deadbeats, and just don't want to spend the money.

kelv, the interest rates are usually pretty good on student loans. 10 grand + is a big nut to pay each year, even if you can do installments. it may be to your benefit to take out a loan.

it's f#cking absurd. $140 a month is a f#cking ****** price to pay for cable. i hate comcast. my internet isn't even that fast.

i get a monthly bill over $200 when i buy ppv. it's insane.
Comcast is ridiculously expensive. And it's disgusting that it's about to get even more expensive if they are allowed to merge with Time Warner.

Please don't encourage him to fall into the credit loan trap! He is doing the right thing by staying CLEAR away from it. The interest rates are not that good on student loans right now, and they are going to go up! And loans aren't even that easy to get anymore like it was back in the day. Defaults on students loans are at an all-time high.
