Who Here Actually Orders Non-HD PPVs?

whenever i read a report about ppv numbers, they always seem to say '$64.95 for regular' and '$74.95 for HD' and i always think, who orders regular feed

i mean, even the commercials we watch are in HD so i wanna know who has fight parties where everyone is squinting?

I had that discussion with someone else on here the other day who ordered sd, I was kind of surprised because I was thinking the same thing, they could charge $20 or $25 more for HD and I would still buy HD over SD if I had already made the decision to buy.

Plus anyone who can order most likely has an HD tv, so I would have to think the split is like 80/20 hd/sd.

It's called nickle and diming. All cable companies do it. There's no explanation for it other than they want more money. That's why I despise those pricks. Thank god I no longer work for them fucks.

Cable companies are information providers and an SD signal carries much less information than an HD signal. It is like water through a pipe and getting HD is sending more water down the pipe.

I always take the non HD feed. $10 goes towards beer and snacks. I don't care to view the peeps at ringside.
