Eh. If I drop $65 I might as well drop the extra 10.

      surely you are joking...

No if I'm actually going to pay I'm going all in with some friends.. but I doubt I'm buying Cotto/Martinez.

bought Pac vs Bradley II but not for Pac/Rios, and bought the last 2 Mayweather events.

          exactly.

$65 standard definition TV is insulting.

i mean, even the commercials we watch are in HD so i wanna know who has fight parties where everyone is squinting?
I do! I have a 14-year old television that is not high definition that still works very well. I see no reason to get rid of a great tv and waste $1,000 or more of my hard-earned money on a flat screen HD television that won't last five years. It has a 42-inch screen and no one has to squint!

                That undercard is seriously abuse.

Cotto has to get paid some how. I mean Arum promised him more money than he would get fighting Canelo. Some sacrifices have to be made. Cotto-Canelo would probably sell double what Martinez PPV would sell, without bottlenecking the undercard. If Cotto-Martinez sells 400-600k, Cotto-Canelo sells 800-1.2million. Of course those numbers would be diminished if Cotto loses against Martinez, which is a good possibility but you never know, with Martinez's age and injuries.

i spend way too much on cable and ppv.

my internet and cable bill is regularly $140. i have comcast with hbo and showtime. they charge me a fee for my DVR, an HD fee, and a fee for renting my cable box / modem.

it's f#cking absurd. $140 a month is a f#cking ****** price to pay for cable. i hate comcast. my internet isn't even that fast.

i get a monthly bill over $200 when i buy ppv. it's insane.

What do you do for a living? Probably a lot of you here work as professionals. I pay $5,829 a semester for college, two semesters a year. I pay it myself, no student loans, FAFSA, etc. I have other expenses. I don't know what your rent is in New England, here I live in one of the cheaper neighborhoods in NYC, the rent is $1300, plus phone bill, utility, etc. College books are not cheap either. Transportation everyday stacks up, food, etc.

All that and I don't have a salary based job, like you probably have.

So no I am not joking, baller.
