i actually wanted to elaborate on that since i knew someone would point out that he got countered and ko'ed.

yes that was a counter, but he always gets countered by jmm, that wasnt the first time. he usually walks through them. but this time he didn't because:

1. the 3rd round one punch KD, which was not a counter, softened up that same spot on his jaw. if you don't think jmm was unusually stronger in that fight (whether it was natural or not) then you are fooling yourself.
2. he was wayyyyy more aggressive than usual, and really ate a counter this time. (no one can deny that pac was too aggressive in that fight, especially after the 3rd kd. partly roach's fault for pushing pac for the ko too much, it was his job as his trainer to tell pac to control his aggression since they were on theyre way to a tko win)

so yes it was a counter punch that ko'ed him, but the reason he got ko'ed by a jmm counter punch this time were still because of those 2 things:

jmm's newly found one punch ko power
pac being wayyy too aggressive.

1. The KD was setup by JMM's left hook to Pac's body from a couple of rounds. He makes Pac feels that body shot and then when the right time came, he feinted his left hand w/ slight body movement to create an impression that he will throw a left hook again to Pac's body but instead, he unleash his right overhead punch.

2. Yes, it was a good counter. He caught Manny when he is in an off balance mode due to a foot tripped (Pac's right to Jmm's left) that caused by his foolishness (over aggressiveness)
