Who the hell would want to see a madatory over a unification?

Especially when all the belts are involved.

Possibly because some people would find a Wilder-Wlad fight more exciting than a Stiverne-Wlad fight.

And only God knows how long it would take for the WBC to enforce a mando, or even let Wlad keep the belt - which makes that fight less likely to happen.

      I get it.

Are you really suggesting that Wlad wouldn't fight Wilder as a voluntary opponent if Wilders team asked for the fight?

            i don't give a f#ck about dyed leather belts.

there's one HW champion right now, and his name is wladimir.

stiverne is nothing but a contender. he's obviously more deserving than wilder, but it's because of the men he beat, not the fake belt he owns.

How did you get that from what I wrote?

Take your ridiculous fanboy goggles off and read.

If Wlad has 5 belts + has to fight his mandos, plus Wilder is not ranked particularly highly with anyone but the WBC, plus Wlad is 38......

I'm not suggesting anybody is ducking anybody, but history with Wlad says he doesn't do tough voluntaries. If you think otherwise, then please name me 1 tough voluntary Wlad has taken in the last 8 years.

yeah, i know haye had valuev belt...

I dont think it's because of wlad not wanting to fight tough mandos but because the terms in that case are not the best for the opposite fighter, although lepai getting 1.5m is great imo.

If Vlad fights and beats Steverne, Wilder would be his mando. So the fight has a bigger possibility of happening with a unification.
