some people seriously weren't paying attention if they think cotto did better, or landed better shots

maidana in the first rd lands a good number of overhands, 3rd round i believe in the replay you see another great right hook to the chin, clean, in the 5th hurts floyd with a great overhand in the centre of the ring

he did alot more than cotto, cotto had one punch in that entire fight that matches up with any of the punches i just mentioned from maidana, and it was the left hook that came in the beggining of the 6th round

seriously, along with the bodyshots, maidana definitely did more damage

It was a different fight entirely. Cotto made each round a little closer, but didn't win any rounds clearly apart from maybe one or two max. It was a 10-2/9-3 fight.

This fight was actually very close, with Maidana clearly winning at least 4 rounds.

From the latter it is already clear that you are a troll. But anybody with a pulse knows that the story of this fight is that Floyd landed almost every significant punch in the fight, Maidana never did in comparison. He was just lively, always pressuring, never let Floyd 'take over' but he was out-pointed the whole time. It's just the shock factor of Mayweather have a very dificult fight for once and not a blow-out. Once the dust settles we won't be hearing much from this "robbery" nonsense.

it's a jab, that sht usually comes right down the shoot, directly at your nose

have you ever seen someone ko'd by a jab? a punch square to the face is what you want, dont get me wrong, but most of the damaging blows(right hands, hooks etc) usually go to you jaw/chin and even temple, these shots ko people, these shots cause brain damage, these shots will make you dance when you dont want to dance

a bloody nose can come from a single jab, it could even be a forearm, it doesn't take much, just a good shot.. directly on the nose

basically, what im saying is, bloody nose doesn't mean that much, you have to look at the entire picture
