Oscar needs to take control and fire this clown. **** Schaefer can be replaced by any experienced event organizer in the entertainment business who can cut the costs of promotions way down. I don't even know why everything is credited to him when all he does is to use huge amounts of money for every move he makes. He throws temper tantrums when he's not getting what he wants.

Why else is Orcar making peace with Arum? To save his ailing company. That's why. They need a huge fight. If you recall, Schaefer was desperate in making the Cotto vs Canelo fight, where Haymon don't have any control over. Fight didn't happen.

Why doesn't it make sense? Richard just said he was the CEO and he works hard and is in charge of running the company. Oscar is just a figurehead or the face of the company, he does jack, he just goes to rehab.
