I was hammered when I was watching that fight and haven't seen it since. It wasn't a punch? Anyway, stuff happens during the course of a fight. Unfortunately for Lucas he was on the wrong end of it. I still give Danny full credit, though. BUT...yeah, I wouldn't put it past Lucas to get a win in a rematch. And I'd be rooting for him.

I think Matthysse really punished Danny in the first fight. Danny is a warrior and didn't show it, but he was hurting after that fight. It would be wise not to take that fight and move up. He already (unofficially) lost his last fight. He has nothing to prove at 140. He's big for the division too.

Lucas respect Danny's power and does not punch when Danny was hitting him with combos. More than likely that is not going to change.

I'm down with the rematch because it was a close good fight, I would expect Danny to be more confident this time around
