49 years old and unifying titles. Take note.

Hop is a legend man, anyone who says otherwise isn't really a fan of boxing, simple as that.

He's undoubtedly juicing (anyone who doesn't think so it is deluded) but you don't think Jones, Toney, Morales etc have tried juicing? If juicing was that potent, it would work for everyone. The fact is what B-Hop is doing IS remarkable (though no more Shumenovs and Mu**** please)

Hopkins has to be the smartest boxer In the history of the sport. The guy Is an amazing fighter who can and will adapt to any all styles put In front of him.

He may not be everyones choice when It comes to his particular style of fighting but If you are a true fan of the sport, appreciate him now because there will never be another one like him. The guy just adapts and finds a way to win regardless of who Is put In front of him, at the age of 49.

Most of us at 49 will be lucky to be able to get out of bed In the morning In under 10 minutes and Hopkins Is fighting 12 rounds and winning titles.

Julio Cesar Chavez was 89-0 before his first loss, and people here love to say, "yea, but he fought nothing but bums."

Hopkins wins against nobodies, and hes considered a legend.

JCC holds he record for most successful title defenses and most title fight victories, and "he fought nothing but Tijuana cab drivers".

Hopkins wins at an older age, against literally, nobodies, and "hes a legend".

                I don't think so.

The only good fighters I see in that list is a 49 year old Hopkins and Kovalev and perhaps Stevenson.

The rest are decent at best.

Tony Bellew was in the Top 10 recently. Tony Bellew.

Infact so was Murat (Lord knows how)

So bhop wants to be the champ in that division but doesnt want to fight the best in the division.

And that is ok to you as a boxing fan, ok.

                      That was a good one.

                      Keep them coming.

                      I don't think anyone's dis*****g Hopkins is a great fighter and legend.

People just aren't that impressed or overly impressed by him beating Shumenov and rightfully so.

He's supposed to beat him. He was the betting favourite.
