Pac was at his very best in 2008-2009 when he stopped both Dela Hoya and Hatton. That Pacquiao had the perfect blend of skill and ferocity. The Pacquiao before 2008 wasn't as skilled and the Pacquiao after 2010 didn't have the same ferocity.

It's called having less testosterone.

PAC is 35, his not prime. He now has to rely more in his boxing skill, which is pretty damn great indeed.
