They could have him fight Pantera.... IBF the only belt they have access to and he's with a neutral promoter. Pantera at 135 is possible.... more beatable than Crawford at 135

WTF? Garcia is arguing that promoters aren't allowed arrange dates for fights, aren't allowed arrange locations for fights, aren't allowed arrange opponents for fights, aren't allowed arrange purses for fights, and can't can't receive more than 10% of a purse. Only managers can do these things and promoters can't be both managers and promoters.
