Well that 40 year old isn't too bad really is he.

He's better than anyone Ward has beaten in his entire career let alone in recent years.

Pretty much this. Once Ward is inactive for a year I will remove him from number 2, but right now he is clearly ahead of Manny at #2.

He was inactive for over a year between Dawson and Rodriguez.

So I'm assuming you removed him from #2 then? So beating Rodriguez was enough to put him back to #2?

Ward has had 2 fights since 2011. One against Dawson's corpse and one against Edwin Rodriguez.

How on this Planet can that justify someone to be P4P #2?

What about if Ward signs to fight another bum for his next fight? Does he stay #2?

Okay, so then why isn't JMM #2 p4p? he certainly has a better claim than pac.

5 fights in last 3 years (6 one next month) and beat pac 2 times in that span

He was P4P #2 on my list until he lost to Bradley.

That naturally knocked him down a few spots, Bradley took his place and Pacquaio just beat him on the weekend.

All of these guys have wins recently to put them ahead of Ward.

Right. brain fart there. 168 hence me calling it a decent win not a good one.

I don't see how he keeps that spot when all these guys below him are beating so much better opponents in that same time frame.

He's my favorite fighter, but screw that.

I can't see how it's possible to have Ward that high.

Yeah, he did a lot of good work between 09-11 but we're almost half way though 2014.

Pacquaio didn't look good to me on Saturday but his performance is more than enough to have him ahead of Ward.

It's hard for me to rank Ward P4P at all in all honesty.

Good fighter yes but what, should he keep his P4P spot forever on what he did 3 years ago? Surely you need to keep beating top level guys to maintain a P4P spot.
Dominate the #3 PFP fighter in the world at the age of 35 with 60+ fights, but doesn't look good.

Yea Ward was fighting a corpse that night, it kinda reminded me of De la Hoya vs Pacquiao, just dead at the weight.
