lara needs to elevate his name. beating canelo in july does that. beating ishe in may doesnt

That fight was misleading and many people thought Angulo was now reborn.
IDGAF about that trash excuse cuz Perro is a slow bum. Canelo will be faster than Perro, stronger, better skills, power. This will be TOUGH AS HELL for Lara. Lara will look too small, and Canelo will look too big. I still dont know who will win but I give the advantage to Nelo tbh.

They're the top contenders at 154, with Mayweather waiting at the top. What is hard about this? Why complicate it further?
I was just prioritizing Floyd vs Lara before Canelo vs Lara. If Lara loses, its one less opponent for Floyd. He will literally be snatched off the table. Lara can fight Nelo after Floyd. Lara will take a bunch of punishment, and Nelo will be the strongest opponent Lara has faced and the fastest.

Idiot read the thread. The whole thread is prioritizing Floyd vs Lara before Canelo vs Lara. Your so focused on pushing your little agendas, that you missed the whole point and turned this into a, "Lets not make Floyd vs Lara" post. Go to my other thread about Floyd's resume. You been duckin and dodgin me for so long, I been waiting to get into your azz and I know you know I been lookin for ya. I been telling everyone to go and find you.

Floyd was never avoiding this guy. He hasnt even called Floyd out yet because he knew the fight never made sense until he was coming off a big name win. You have to actually READ the thread. Its all about prioritizing Floyd vs Lara, before Canelo vs Lara. Canelo can fight him AFTER Floyd. Because then it wouldnt matter. But if Canelo beats him, its one LESS opponent snatched off the table. Who do you wanna see Floyd fight? Khan, or Lara? Lara, Bradley, Pac, and maybe Molina and Kirkland once they come off of a big name victory. Lara is the only sensible foe for Floyd and Lara dont even have to come off of a big win. They can make that fight today. If he WAS coming off a big win it would be better, but a Canelo fight may ruin it all.

Beating Ishe does nothing for Lara's career except put another boring one sided mismatch on his resume.
Why DF would you wanna see Floyd fight THOSE bums? Thats just ABSURD.

Maybe it is a dangerous fight, maybe not. I think Floyd can make almost anyone miss. I don't think his punching power is that threatening right now. If they fought it would be a defense-oriented sparring session. It is not a super fight.

The sparks could fly in the Canelo-Lara matchup. There are stylistic differences and I think there will be some intense bad blood by time they do fight. I hope it happens. Lara will talk a lot of trash about how he is going to school and dominate Canelo, as will his fans. And Canelo is going to get ready to answer all that with his arsenal of power and boxing skills. I think this is a much better fight for the fans.
I disagree. I believe Floyd would take Lara out of his game, and he would beat up Lara. Lara's defense is a myth anyways. He has a cuban style, but he is not Rigo. Rigo is a defensive specialist. And even if he had better defense, it would be Floyd taking his defense away and pretty much beating him up the same way he did Canelo, Ghost, Ortiz. They all look the same no matter what style they have.

Thanks for being the ONLY one who really read the thread and responded to it.

Nope. Only a few people actually read the thread and responded to what I actually said. You feel dumb for not reading it and making it a Lara vs Canelo thread. I have had to talk about the style match up allot because of the responses.

Lara can fight Floyd right now. But beating a Floyd fighter would place him directly in front of Floyd as far as Floyd watching him up close and having incentive to fight him.

Fight Jesse Vargas and you can have a fight with me. Remember when Floyd said that?

Lara dont even need Canelo to fight Floyd. Fighting Lara right now, would be almst similar to him fighting Ghost, and Ortiz who were no names. Although they came off of big name wins, Lara has already had pretty good wins.

I have a hard time believing Lara can IMPRESSIVELY beat Canelo. This fight will be much tougher than Perro. Perro has no power at all. Slow bum. Canelo will literally snatch Lara off the table, and it will look like a cherrypick if Floyd fights him after this war..
