I never said floyd was his own promoter I said floyd was a promoter. You keep repeating this when you know it isn't true and I don't know why.

If Manny Had any smarts at all, or if anyone around him had any smarts at all, he would leave Arum and become a free agent just as Miguel Cotto did. He would maximize his earning potential exponentially. If Manny can't understand that, without a doubt I would not trust him as a political leader.

I think a guy like Manny will earn wherever he is. He is an a side in every fight except floyd so I see the benefit in being "the guy" at a successful company like TR.

Name fighters who are not affiliated like cotto and pascal should definitely remain free agents. I would think Tim Bradley might have done same but TR did have a huge $6 mil gurantee and you can't walk away from that.

if manny do that, that means manny would actually have to work and i dont think manny is trying to go that route. with bob all he has to do is show up to collect his check. even though he could be making way more without bob, what he's getting now is good enough for him. therefore he doesnt feel the need to leave. kinda like ur side chick, ur not serious about her but if shes willing to give it up ur gonna keep her around.

I only saw an article where it was rumored floyd tested dirty. There was never any confirmation and the author, Thomas Hauser, never followed up with anything so I took it with a grain of salt.

Yeah but that $6 mil in the hand is not something I personally would walk away from, especially if its Tim Bradley who doesn't have a strong fanbase that supports him.

Well to understand, Cotto did as much work in his Mayweather fight as he did in every other fight, on a business standpoint. "Cotto Promotions", "Khan Promotions", they are simply names on checking accounts. They are not real companies. GBP does all the heavy lifting. The same is with Floyd. "Mayweather Promotions" is just a title screen, GBP does the work. The SHO Box fights that are "promoted" by Mayweather promotions are in reality done by GBP. If Manny became a free agent it would be the same. Instead of TR doing the work for the promotion, GBP would be. If Manny dosen't want to make the switch, then rest assured, hes either lazy or just plain ****** to not realize the opportunities available to him. Like I said in my previous post GBP has between 10-15 options for Manny, where as Top Rank has 3 or so. If he wants to maximize his potential, growth and stock, he should become a free agent and sign with promotional companies on and fight by fight basis.
