If they had fought in 2009, one of the guys stock would have plummeted. Floyd isn't the one that ran away from drug testing when 50/50 was on the table, Pacquiao was the guy running scared.
Compare Pacquiaos idiotic excuses to Mayweathers.
Who takes it for sounding like the ultimate clown?
The man who is scared of needles or the man who claimed the other is on PEDs because he is accomplishing more than he expected?

If you're the A-Side and in this case the more motivated by money , I think you should be interested in making the biggest fight of this generation and we are full knowing of Pacquiaos current situation regarding his stock so Floyd obviously deserves the larger purse.

The fact remains it is still the biggest fight that can be made and it's up to Floyd Mayweather whether he wants it done.

Yeah a broken down, past prime Cotto who'd taken several beatings instead of the one we wanted to see him fight in 2008. Sounds about right.

Is this question serious? Do relationships change over time? Are you saying Arum has not been the main impediment to getting this fight made? Or, are you just light-headed because Arsenal is floundering?

For people stating both sides are at fault here, your wrong. This is not about who you like or do not like. The facts clearly show Arum does not want to make this fight. To a fault, FMJ's team is showing Manny how to get the fight made and get some money in his pocket. I say to a fault, because Manny is live-stock. His life is led, he is not a leader. Manny does not make decisions, they are made for him. Hence the last quote in the article, Pacquiao said. “It depends on Bob."

If Manny wants the fight, he will become a free agent and fight FMJ in May of next year, but when he signs the extension before 2014 ends with TR, I do not want to hear anything about Manny wanted to fight FMJ again.

I get your points but as I said its the principle here. Its either ok to do business like this or its not. If its ok, than the criticisms of floyd for this are invalid. If its not, than fine.

There is no way Manny would make less than he woud with TR. Even floyd's phone call offer of $40 mil with no ppv was a guarantee. That was more than manny had ever made.

Yeah my girlfriend got real upset too with my behaviour after a while. I should have stopped to consider Floydy's feewings. He obviously fell out of love with Bobby A in 2013. Hopefully he can look back and reminisce on the good times.

Manny doesn't need to "leave" Arum, just don't resign, even for just one fight. That's such a big deal? To not resign, fight one fight and probably double or triple what he's ever made before? Not to mention be involved in the largest fight ever?

And your point is mute, because the same applies to Pac. Where is Pac going to go to get a better deal than what he will make fighting Mayweather? It should be a cash move for Pac as well.

there is also no way of knowing that for sure ahead of time. like i said atleast with TR manny is being told u're gonna get this much "xxx" with the potential of making more. u're asking manny who is the cash cow right now at TR to just get up and leave his contract to get a fight with floyd not knowing if he's even gonna get that fight and the amount he'll get. u compare that to shane and marquez, come on now.

shane and marquez signing with TR to get a manny fight was the best thing that could happen to them in the situation they were in at the time. if manny stays with TR he'll still be making good money even if he doesnt get a fight with floyd. how much was shane and marquez making prior to signing to fight with manny?

if floyd really wanted manny to leave then he better come up with a contract worth wild. when arum wanted shane and marquez to sign with TR to get a fight with manny, arum wasnt just talking, he got all legal documentation ready.

thats exactly what he is doing at the end of this year when his contract is over. and what are u talking about? if pac chooses to stay with TR pac is still gonna be making good money, u disagree with this?? he's not gonna make the type of money fighting floyd but floyd isnt either. shane and marquez wasnt making anything close to what manny is making now so how is this even a fair comparision?
