im just trying to figure out why in 2013 he decided he wont do business with arum but arum was the same arum in 09,10,11,12 and he was willing to work with arum and since those time arum hasnt had any dealing with floyd so its not like arum rip floyd off again.

A ton of crap happened between then and now. Both sides have lobbed grenades at each other, engaged in a PR war, videos, lawsuits, changed networks, used each other to promote their fights. Just a ton of bad blood. The atmosphere is much different now than then.

Everyone is just supposed to give Team Pacquiao whatever they want even when he is the B-side? Pacquiao had 50/50 and he still ran from the fight. If they had fought in 2009, one of the guys stock would have plummeted. Floyd isn't the one that ran away from drug testing when 50/50 was on the table, Pacquiao was the guy running scared.
