No he isnt. He used to fade punches with his hands down. Made many mistakes, and was washed up at 37. Lost to Spinks who only had 7 fights. Floyd is in his prime at 37. First fighter even to be in his prime forever.

If he got the credit he deserved he would be treated like Mike Jackson. The media helps manipulate casual fans into thinking that he is this good because he is fighting bums. WRONG. All of that was pure speculation. Floyd was washed up in his last two fights against Oscar and Hatton. He spent his whole career chasing Oscar and Gatti and around the time he got the fight with Oscar he even said that he didnt love the sport anymore. He retired because he felt that after getting those two fights he had accomplished everything. He didnt even realize his resume was weak until he sat back hearing the criticism. Thats why the Floyd of today is so fking sharp in comparison to the old skinny Floyd who fought back then.
