I don't know the details. I always thought Oscar owned GB so if there was a split Schaefer would be out of a job. Does anyone except Oscar own part of GB? Oscar wants to end the feud with Arum but Schaefer doesn't.
I don't think anything will be resolved in this coldwar if they split off and did their own thing.

I'm sure Oscar has enough shares in the company to get rid of Schafer. Not sure who he would hire tho. There aren't many ppl out there who could do a better job. I'm not sure this has anything to do with the cold war. Not sure why anyone believes that.
How so if it's Oscars company? He's the owner. It would be best for him to get somebody in there to at least repair the relation ship with hbo. Hbo is the biggest premium network so it's not good for goldenboy to be excluded from the network.

That's not how it works in corporations tho. U have to vote based on shares even if it is your own company.

Likey Dempsey said, he started it, but he might not be in control of it any more.
I have no idea if he has a majority of the shares or not....or if he can get enough support to do anything
