And to answer OPs question, no. Not by 2015. Thurman needs some polishing, and he won't fight any big names soon.

Hell no, he's already being ducked like the plague. The Ghost didn't want it, Maidana didn't want it. None of those superstars want it...................

It's on Netflix isn't it? I do like anime. Yu Yu Hakusho, Death Note, Samurai Champloo.

        But that's for another thread

If they can't get that "high risk, low reward" stigma off of him then the answer is no, he will not be a house-hold name next year. And may never be one in that case.

With that being said, he's still one of my current favorite fighters. I like how nothing matters except getting the knock out. Even with all that potential and boxing ability, he wants knockouts. He doesn't hide behind his advantages like what's his name.

Hate it when people say 'he hasn't beaten anyone' or 'he hasn't proven himself'. Nobody wants to fight him so it's hard for him to prove anything.

They can't run and hide forever though, Thurman's time will come. Once he gets his hand on one of those world titles, he's not letting go.

GBP were never really pushing garica. I think once he got his opportunity and beat khan that's when they started to push him. Remember he was an underdog to khan and Lucas. Keith needs that chance against one of the other 147 pound champs.
