But is impossible not to impute some degree of responsibility to Mickey. His brothers public reluctance to fight when Gamboa came to stage, his silence now. If he is interested in this fight he should be aggressive also. As we agreed, we never know, but for me he won't be clean after this ducking. Man, I've been asking that all along. All of Mikey's supporters are like a choir that proclaim Garcia is "the star," and that Gamboa is the "B-side." Yet, here we are -- it can no longer be denied -- Yuriorkis Gamboa was at least as important to this fight as Mikey Garcia. The proof: HBO doesn't give a damn about a good fight with Uchiyama. They want Gamboa, or nothing at all. Seems clear to me, at this point, that Yuri deserved 50-50 money all along. "Who's Gamboa?" lmao

It can absoltely be denied. Unlike Gamboa, Garcia isn`t stuck with a crappy promoter who has zero alternatives. Bob will take the Uchi fight to Macao and get a boat load of money from the casinos. Gamboa will likely sit out the rest of the year earning zero dollars . Gamboa does not have the leverage to be asking for 50/50.

Gamboa had t o many ppl taking cut from his purse, the 1.2 million offer was after he told everyone to fv(k off and arum knew before the press conference what was going down, that is why Abril was there, Rigondeaux got his fight because he made arum to put donaires name on the contract, not any fighter but donaires name, any fan that is excusing this crap is either a garcias fan that is afraid to see his idol lose or a hater, all boxing fans should be delighted for this fight and anyone that think an Olympic Champion, a World amateur Champion and two divisional professional Champ is not well known is an idiot...

in Yuri defense I think he thought he was signing with mayweather as well, who has a big influence in boxing . Hind site 20/20 and its was big mistake .
