    Someone refresh my memory, was JLC a slow brawler? You know, the fight that a young Floyd "lost" all those years ago.

      If a floyd fan posted that Manny had no chance against Floyd because he got beat by Jmm, who also is not as good as floyd and then said he didn't want to see the fight and wouldn't buy it, you would be highly critical of them.

      what is the reason for the difference?
      If I may butt in;

      Pacquiao has a 'fan friendly style' although I never said or will say Floyd is boring; but many would say he is.

      That's just my 2 cents

        As a Khan fan, I didn't want him to fight Mayweather just yet. However, given the terrible choice of either Khan or Maidana, I don't see why anyone would want to see Maidana.

        Maidana is a poor fight. Watching the Mayweather fanboys trying to justify it by saying "at least it aint Khan" is hilarious. They've actually convinced themselves of this reasoning.

          Some people say Mayweather struggles with pressure fighters.

            WHat does style have to do with the post?

            At least attempt to answer the question please.

              Wasn't it about buying a Floyd or Manny fight?

              Some people like action. Idk

                The bold has been established. He has actually done something lately. Khan hasn't done squat. I mean, when was the last time he looked good in a fight?
                And Floyd fans have been vocal that if he were to choose Khan it was a terrible fight. And it was. Why? Because Amir Khan just hasn't dont anything to warrant a fight with Floyd. You know it and anyone else with sense knows that. UK fans (not all) are seriously butthurt that Khan didn't get the fight and I find that laughable. Suggesting that he choose the "easier fight". LOL. Man we are talking about Amir freaking Khan. It's ridiculous.

                  No. It was about the logic used by posters.

                    First of all, it's quite insulting to compare Castillo to Maidana.

                    Second, Mayweather handily won the rematch and has faced a number of slow come forward brawlers and downright lesser fighters since.

                      Iron, how would you classify MM's style? A pressure fighter or a slow brawler. Also, Floyd is 37 now and not in his 20s when he faced JLC. Any similarities you see?
