he might yet do the same to another one
fighting Khan doesn't mean jack shit other than money
Floyd has a spot in history, but much lower than it coulda been
This just about sums up Mayweather, he has always had the skills and on more than one occasion he has shown his immense ability to fight but he has lacked that quality opponent. Fights with Mosley and Cotto happened too late and the fight with Pacquiao seems to be going the same way.

My timeline isn't off at all. When Floyd hit the division, Margarito was rebuilding from the loss to Daniel Santos, which took place at 154. Zab was the lineal champ. He and Floyd were fighting tune-ups with Baldomir and Sharmba( Floyd's 47 debut) to set up their fight. Zab lost, lost, but Floyd fought him anyway. But he fought Baldomir in his next fight. In the middle of all that, Margarito lost to Williams, who had to sue him to get him in the ring )most feared my ass.) And after Baldomir, Floyd got DLH. Was he supposed to fight Margarito coming off a loss over DLH? And after that, he fought Hatton.

pac didn't move up to 135 until 2008. so he waited 3 years until the coast was clear and castillo and corrales were no longer around? you know boxing.

How about you reply to my question, when did I say Pac fought "all comers", fuc*boy? You think just because someone doesn't like Floyd, oh they must think Pac's resume is better. Typical spoiled Floyd nutthugger
Have you not been taught the meaning of he word "example?" Look it up and get back with me.

BTW, who you picking to win the lightweight and middleweight Boxcino tourneys

Oh I know exactly WHEN he moved up to lightweight. I'm asking you why didn't he move up earlier? I mean, he against either of those guys would have been epic. A helluva lot better than Morales in the middle of a 1-5 streak.

BTW, why didn't Pac fight Casamayor (the lineal champ) or Nate Campbell (held 3 ABC belts) in his one-n-done at 35? Oh let me guess, David Diaz is vastly underrated by Manny's haters

BTW, you said Chico and Castillo were never near a division Manny foguht inm, which was a lie. They were one division apart.

just stop. you are obvioulsy lying through your teeth. margarito was still champ at 147, still ranked #1 and had 2 devastating ko wins after the santos "loss" when floyd arrived in the division. floyd fought unranked mitchell and judah coming off a loss to a bum, then that bum that beat judah instead of margarito. margarito lost to williams oh no williams is such a bum unlike great baldomir! then margarito came back and beat 2 of the top guys in the division and floyd retired. he had tons of chances to make the fight happen. its his fault that the fight didn't happen. fighting bums and retiring is not a valid excuse. sorry.

                Middleweight: I picked Donatas Bondorovas

For two reasons, he's aggressive and the other reason is, I am little biased, because now he's based out of Chicago, my hometown.

                Lightweight: I picked Petr Petrov

I like his experience, even though he was knocked out by Maidana, I like that he has 14 years in the game and I'm a big fan of Russian fighters anyway.

Hopefully, that was a genuine question and not an attempt to pick my brain of boxing knowledge. If so, fail.

floyd fought DLH before Margarito fought Williams. This guys mind is warped. Probably from getting beaten to a pulp continuosly in jail.

ok so manny has to fight guys 1-2 divisions above him or he's ducking yet you defend floyd who doesn't even fight the #1 guy in his own division.

Ranked by who??? Zab was THE CHAMP. He lost to Baldomir. WtF did Margarito beat? Six Heads? He was always in rebuilding mode. Baldomir beat Zab for the lineal title. Margarito had a paper belt that he won vacant against Antonio Antonio Diaz. You can b1tch and moan and try and change history all you want. But Margarito kept losing, and that's why he was never given the fight. The only time when the fight was kinda a "must" fight was when he beat Cotto. But he tuirned around and lost his next fight. I know in Pacland, its noble to fight guys coming off loses. But here on planet Earth, fighting guys coming off wins is the thing to do. Think about it likme this. Floyd fought the winner of Mosley-Margarito. Maybe had Margarito not lost, he would have gotten his shot. His fault.
