Its deeper than that. When Mosley was the top guy at 35 and Floyd was tops at 30, Shane turned down a Floyd fight. Like you mentioned. He had a toothache after he beat Vargas. But to these ass clowns, Floyd's the one who made Shane wait a decade. Gatti didn't exactly jump at the chance to fight Floyd. McGirt wanted no part of Floyd. That's why Floyd fought eliminators against Chop Chop and Bruselus and became Gatti's mandatory. Which BTW is what all these guys who supposedly dyin' to fight Floyd could do to "force" him into a fight. Funny how none do.

As for Tsyzu, I don't blame he or Floyd for their fight not happening. Floyd had an HBO contract and Tsyzu had one with Showtime. No way in hell a joint promotion is done for that one. Neither were draws at that point.
