No real arguing with it though - people trying to push an agenda (or just plain trolling) can't be reasoned with, and stooping to calling other fighters the same ridiculous names just exacerbates the problem...NSB is almost unreadable at times.
We are looking for some-one to blame, I guess, and the fighters themselves are the most obvious targets.

Just read the first page of comments, and looks like everyone missed the point Hunter was making, or just plain didn't read the article.
It was that Team GGG are saying they don't want to fight Ward yet because they're not ready to move up - but when the option of a Chavez fight comes up, suddenly they are suddenly willing to do so. The implication being that it's not the weight(class) that's the issue, it's the fighter. Which is a fair point.
What I don't get is where this ******ed, artificial beef has started between Ward fans and GGG fans. Why does everyone get so bent out of shape? Both guys are excellent fighters and are carving their own careers. One day they will meet and Ward will almost certainly shut GGG down, though there's no shame in that.
Stop whining

"Andre Ward says he could move up to 175 soon"
September 23rd, 2012 By Dan Ambrose
WBA/WBC super middleweight champion Andre Ward revealed that he's considering a move up to light heavyweight real soon. He feels that it's tough for him to get big fights at super middleweight now, and will be speaking to his team about a move up in weight to 175.
Ward told Jim Lampley on his HBO Fight Game show last Saturday night "I don't think so [getting a fight with Sergio Martinez] for the moment due to the weight difference and size difference. All the talk from the Martinez camp is that Ward has to come down to 160. I think they mentioned 164. But I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be at super middleweight. For me to get down to 160 or 164, I wouldn't be any good at it. It wouldn't be good for my career.
So at the moment I don't realistically think that fight [against Sergio Martinez] is going to be made. I think I would be very strong at the weight [175]. I'm not even the biggest super middleweight, so I know the fighters at light heavyweight would be even bigger. But I know the ideal situation is to go to 175 and not come back down. There's not a lot of options at 168. So in the coming weeks my team and I need to put our heads together and get creative in terms of what's going to be next.”
... Most of the top super middleweights will soon be at light heavyweight anyway, so Ward would simply be getting there a little than them. But at 175, Ward could dominate for a long time because the talent pool is so-so. (...) Ambrose concluded back in Sep. 2012...
... But in 2013, Stevenson and Kovalev exploded at 175 and Andre Ward suddenly "forgot" about all his big career plans at 175... Now Ward is filling his time by calling Golovkin out. That's the actual Ward's "story"...

ward v chavez (which we all know is the fight ward really wants ... he gets pissed whenever anybody else ...eg froch/GGG mention fighting jnr) = boring one sided hugfest ending in a predictable UD for ward.
Chavez v GGG = entertaining toe to toe battle which though there is a clear favorite could go either way, especially with a motivated chavez.
I know which one I (and I'm sure most fans) would rather see.
