Dawson challenged Ward at Wards weight. Who's fault is that? And until someone provides some links, I've never heard Stevenson nor Kovalev call out Ward. And the Floyd shxt? Come on be serious, who actually took that serious? That's like when Bhop was talking bout fighting lil Floyd. Stop it

A duck is a duck my friend.
Sturm, yes really. The guy is a draw in Germany and GGG is based out of Germany. So yeah that would be a huge fight.

This is the third time. If it doesn't pass this time he should stop because it's 2014 and his contract is up next year.

He missed out on like 2-3 fights because he feels like he wants to be in control of his career... and that's fine. But he signed that contract extension with his team and now he has to finish it.

He'll probably go to Top Rank afterwards, but in the higher weight classes....neither sides has a huge selection of opponents. HBO got Kovalev and Stevenson.....Showtime has the winner of Hopkins/Shumenov.... after that.... not much as none of the big name guys are signed to either network or promotion.

So just to be clear, you're saying a fight with Sturm would be a bigger fight than against the #2 p4p fight with Ward? I hope your not one of the guys in here that torch Mayweather for "cherrypicking" and not fighting "the best" lol. I mean when was the last televised Sturm fight? And im mean international, ppv status?

I said I would go to Oakland and fight Andre Ward at 168 and then we have the rematch at 175 in Montreal. I still haven't got a response from Andre Ward."

Ward, considered the No. 2 pound-for-pound pugilist in the world behind Floyd Mayweather, says Stevenson (21-1-0, 18 KOs) doesn’t have the track record to warrant a title fight.

The WBA super middleweight champion (26-0, 14 KOs) says Stevenson won’t get a shot until he has “won some big fights.”

so stevenson ko's a guy in 1 round that ward just ko'd in 10 and he still has to win some big fights but rodriguez who beat no one gets a shot? lol! ward said the same thing about bute. keep proving yourself while i duck and dodge.

I don't think that anyone is scratching their head. Wardis the best at 168, then why doesn't he try to meet him halfway and make the fight at 164. GGG has hardly beaten a single world champion outside of KassimOuma. I know he is loads and loads of talent, but just wait for him to adjust to guys who don't know what losing is about.

Why should Ward accommodate that to Golovkin. If it was Chavez Jr... I could see him doing that.... but Golovkin isn't at that stage.
The money dictates that..... if Chavez Jr. asked for 175, pretty sure Ward would go for it.

Provide a link where Ward says he'll go to 75 for anybody or STFU.

As for going to 160 for Floyd, who wouldn't? Not only is Floyd the biggest lottery ticket in boxing. He also the unquestioned best fighter in the sport. He has the credentials to dictate to a guy like Ward. When your best win is Matthew Macklin. You don't dictate **** the the unquestioned #2 fighter in the sport.

I'm sure Dawson would prefer full 175 or a cw. Gary Shaw said they asked for one and were rebuffed. And for Ward, he'd have that second lineal title which is no joke. That said I don't blame him for exercising his leverage, but once again hypocritical as **** when discounting PACs Dlh win recently. Unlike Ward vs Dawson Pac moved up 2 divisions, after only 1 fight at LW. And unlike 4-1 favorite Ward, Pac was the underdog.

                    Here's one Stevenson link

Newly-minted WBC light-heavyweight champ Adonis Stevenson wants a piece of undefeated American Andre Ward, but the feeling isn’t mutual.

These guys should just shut their mouths, every time they talk they come out looking like a$$es. Remember Ward gushing about Chavez on HBO recently?
