Which part? The PDL schooling? Or Salido or both? I can understand if you disagree with something that hasn't taken place but to say PDL didn't clearly beat Broner is just straight nuthuggery.

I only disagree with the Salido beating Broner part. The Ponce fight was a call'em fight, almost like Floyd Castillo 1. Never will I nuthug Broner. He's good working to be great. He still beats Salido and even Khan. I can name a lot of fighters he beats and fighters that beat him.

Broner barely beats the Malignaggi's of the world. Lomo would make Broner look dumber than he already looks, if that were possible.

Yet, Broner beat arguably the second best lightweight when he was competing at that division. Broner made a mistake jumping two division, while Lomachenko couldn't beat a flat footed Salido. Nothing against Lomachenko but at this stage of their games Broner is a better fighter and would surely beat him to a pulp.

In all seriousness he does look like a bit of a hypejob. He can learn a lot from an experience where the odds were stacked against him, but if he truly was as good as people wanted him to be he would of overcame it. I expected him to be a lot more polished also. He might snatch belt or two but I didn't see a special fighter.

I just want to know how the guy we saw last night went 396-1 in the amateurs. I wasn't impressed with his form, accuracy, output, defense, or ring intelligence. His toughness has to be commended, as does his stamina, but I just can't see this guy ever ruling a division. I'm sure he will get a world title though, so he's far from a hype job.

Lomachanko is only a hypejob if you were one of those who thought he was on his way to be the next Sugar Ray Robinson. He's a good fighter but his team need to slow down go back to the drawing board and take his career step by step. No need to rush him. Still way too early to make any prediction just how far he'll go but he's a skilfull boxer so just give Lomachanko some time and let him improve and I'm sure he'll have a great future.

salido isnt elite, he got KTFO by garcia,gamboa and others. hes aging fast and loma was scared to get hit and cant fight inside. i dont see how u guys think hes gona be greate when he look average

1) He didn't get KTFO by either Garcia or Gamboa - he got beaten on points.
2) Salido's huge at the weight and has been on an absolute tear of form the last 5 years
3) It was Lomachenko's second fooking fight, the man's gonna be great just gotta give him time

just like it was too early to call him a future atg before the salido fight, it's too early now to write him off as a hypejob. just because he wasn't quite world championship quality in his 2nd fight doesn't mean he isn't going to go on to be great.

I don't believe he is a hypejob but he had no business fighting Salido in his second pro fight. If he won people would say he beat a badly faded Salido. Now that he lost, people can make a false claim that he was all hype. With that being said, he performed well enough for me to think he'll have a very successful career. He almost pulled off a win at the end of the fight.

You do realize the fight was contracted for 126 lbs. and Salido came in a full fledged welterweight at 150 lbs? While Salido isn't a world beater by any means, he beat Guerrero and made Mikey Garcia look for a way out. Solid performance considering it's only his second pro fight.
