You know you're a boxing nerd when people always talk to you about it. They ask if you seen that "one fight with the asian" or the "two mexicans" and I start spitting out names and they're like yea, yea that's the one! LOL

This is the same thing I go through. I try to talk boxing but the only thing they know is Mayweather, Cotto, Pac or one of the other big names. You guys are like my ******ed boxing family

Preach! I shadow box in between sets at my gym (I can't help it) and random guys I've never talked to always walk up to me and go "Hey man you box??" and once I tell them I used to dabble in it they go all in on any fight they might have ever heard of ever. It's always funny trying to figure out which fighters they are talking about.

nah cuz its not like boxing its GOLF or some shÍt nobody cares about.
i usually hear ppl talking bout PACQUIAO and stuff, im also on a boxing gym so i get plenty of boxing conversation

I got a guy in my class who wears a Pacquiao nike shirt and I asked if he knew who Pacquiao was.
He said that he only buyed the shirt because of the nike logo
