I agree, at 75% Martinez destroys Cotto. But if it´s true that he can´t run and that he can´t even walk without pain in his knee I am not sure that Sergio is gonna be even 75% of what he was.

Moreso because his style of fighting relies a lot in mobility and feet speed. So for me this fight is 50/50.

Margarito is a straight up dirtbag.. i dont know about Cotto being drained for Pacquiao because he came in at 146 for Clottey.. only a pound over the fight for Pacquiao which was right after.. but looking at how he has looked at 154. he may have been drained.... but even in the 2nd fight cotto didnt knock Marga-Cheato down... but hes got a great chin.. we will see..... how you think Cotto is going to fight Martinez??? If martinez cant be mobile.. its gonna be really really interesting.

Other than Mosley, who fight him beatifully, no one had stopped margarito either. Dude was a punching bag. as far as the strategy, I say cotto will try to ko him. Cotto has underrated boxing skills and Martinez had never fight a fighter with his boxing skills. Like you said earlier, cotto doesn't have overwhelming power, but he will wear you down throughout the rounds. I say cotto will start cutting the ring little by little and by the middle rounds we will be catching Martinez with everything. Again, I think the difference in this fight is roach. Cotto was beast coming up because he was trained by his uncle. Ever since they had a fallen out, cotto has been jumping trainers and none have gotten the best out of him., until roach. Idc what people say, Rodriguez is no slouch and cotto dominated him. I just seen glimpes of the old beast cotto coming thru the ranks, the one we haven't seen since his uncle was training him. If I'm right about the old cotto being back, no doubt cotto wins. If I'm wrong, cotto gets schooled

Roach is a offensive trainer.. so def he put some of the killer back in him.. i think one fight is too quick a conclusion either way.... i just see Martinez running and hiitting him with straight left hands all night.. im looking forward to it though.. are you going to see it live? i ll be there!!!
