As I have explained before manny is a hofer but he is not made of ATG stuff.

Look at who he beat for his titles and look at who Floyd beat. It's no comparison.

Floyd is ATG #1 at 130 manny is ATG at no weight class. He has 6 defenses of his 5 titles that's a good managed career.
It's not an argument about who is the better ATG, just who is an ATG. That's a very vague term and open to all kinds of speculation. People often put Braddock down as an ATG for having one good fight, Gatti is also considered an ATG by many and so is Ernie Shavers. An ATG can basically mean anyone who was a top talent or often name in their era, ranking where they stand on ATG lists is another thing entirely.

BHop has to be there, his incredible MW run and record breaking longevity make him a lock IMO.

Wlad gets plenty of dislike and I ain't really a fan myself, though I'm old enough to remember Wlad as posterity will; an apparentltly unstoppable machine - Ivan Drago incarnate. Wlads championship reign, record and KO ratio put him amongst the ATGs at HW - posterity will brush over the easy defenses and the hugging as we ignore these things in the great fighters from the past.

Toney, in ways, deserves to belong there, but why isn't he one of the names that comes to my mind immediately? Probably because he never had a prolonged period as the top fighter in any single division. Great as he was, whatever weight he fought at there was always someone better...or at least competitive...the others stood out head and shoulders for a large part of their careers.
