His whole has been about careful choices, all the fighters over the years he refused to fight, how could it not be his fault.

That being said Floyd has never not will he ever fight someone on Ray Leonard's level period!
How does being Mexican vindicate an assessment of Chavez?? It doesn't make it any more reliable or valuable .

Nothing in their fights showed me that Chavez had anything for DLH no matter what version of him appeared in the ring. Similar to Mayweather vs Marquez.

DLH vs Chavez I and II were too big of a beating to think any version of Chavez would come remotely close to beating DLH. It was a slaughter against a still top 5 Chavez. I'm just not buying into the hype of the 100+ fights. I think Mosley would have always destroyed Chavez Sr too.

Lol @ Mayweather fans overrating fighters to appear as though they were as great as Chavez Sr and Leonard.

To answer the question though, it's a clear NO.

Leonard? No one, and that's not a fair question because there's no one that has been out there in Floyd's era to match SRL.
Lets just say that people agree with your statement. It's not like Floyd fought the best version of those who you named. Mosley and Oscar were way past their prime and Marquez was fighting at 130 the year before fighting Floyd at WW.

Does Chavez SR get a pass for avoiding Pea forever ?
