He looked pretty old to me against Canelo. I think it's closer than people realize.

He's looked considerably slower in his last 3 fights.

Some people actually think he looks better than he ever has which I find astonishing.

He sure has. Watching the Canelo fight again was eye-opening. The Mosley fight was four years ago! And the Mayweather who fought Marquez is long, long gone. I wouldn't be surprised to see him struggle with Maidana, to be honest.

I don't think he'll struggle but I do think it will be more competitive than people think.

I think this because Maidanas going to be the first opponent in quite a while that will have no respect, keep coming despite getting hit and get in his face and not be afraid to get dirty. Similar to Hatton. And Floyd at this stage in his career I could see having some issues with that.

I remember us going back and forth about this same thing for the Ortiz fight. I think now is more closer to that time.

The guys been a professional for 18 years and at the age of 37.

Yeah his ability to sustain has been impressive. I thought he was slowing down years ago but he sorta became a more athletic James Toney with lesser activity. But yup, the end is in sight.

He's looked better to the naked eye but that's down to the fact he fought two guys with cement in their legs. Hence the potential choice of Maidana who he'll look great against too.

I'll rate floyd quite highly if he can retire undefeated.

I think it's more to do with the fact that both of them are natural boxers and fight at a slower page.

Maidana doesn't he's going to force the fight with power in both hands.

                      I reckon this week.

They announced the Guererro fight this time last year.
