I don't think Ward nor GGG is in a position to play hardball in a negotiation with each other. Both are each others' biggest fight option at the moment. And their other current options don't really excite a lotta people. GGG's fanboys are content watching him KO tomato cans. But outside of that group, both fighters are currently limited in what they can do outside of wach other. Personally, I don't understand why GGG doesn't want the fight. Its a no lose situation for him.

No GGG isn't a star. And yes, we are being force fed that he is. He hasn't beaten anybody. As I've said and will continue to say. He and Ward fought in the same Olympic Games. They've been pros nearly the same amount of time. GGG's best win in nearly a decade is Matthew Macklin. That's not a star quality resume. Who gives a **** if he's exciting to watch. Excellent post. And points to the reason why guys like Rigondeaux and Ward shouldn't change anything. If you win long enough, they can't ignore you forever.

GGG's teams talks a ton they want to fight mayweather but wont fight ward they say they will go from 154-175 why even say that if you have no intent to do it i dont know im a big fan of both ward and ggg but i do think ggg's handlers like to talk to much and i dont blame ward everyone uses his name and says they want to fight him but its always in the future not now
