It's not a duck in any way. I'd love to see it, but Golovkin is HBO, and Lara is Golden Boy/Showtime. Unless Lara's willing to fight off TV, it can't happen, and there's no way Golden Boy lets Lara fight Golovkin off TV.

he calls the shots in terms of choosing his opponent. he cant control whether a network wants to televise him fighting someone they dont approve of.
