This reminds me of the Williams-Martinez fight. Both fighters were avoided by many. No one wanted to fight the other. So instead, these 2 guys fought each other, twice. Giving us great fights and one spectacular KO.
Plus, if GGG is planning on fighting in Monte Carlo or wherever it was he fought Adama at, then why not offer that up to Lara if they can't get him on HBO? Maybe Sho, unlike HBO, will pick it up and give the US fanbase an extra fight that HBO didn't make happenComment

if that's true the schaffer is a douche, but at least they didn't completely freeze Lara out like Bob is doing to Rigo, I thought the Donaire fight was entertaining and Bob shat all over him without even letting him enjoy his biggest win of his careerComment

Lara would have easily schooled another overhyped Canelo Alvarez or Nonito Donaire... just provide him that opportunity.Comment

What did Billy say before he threw in the towel?Comment

2. He's said he'd fight anyone from 154 to 168
3. He's been willing to move down to 154 for Floyd, why not Lara?
4. This is potentially the best fight available to him, so why complain?Comment

And that slow, flat footed Angulo got outboxed for virtually the whole fight & got his eye punched out and quit. Lara was not allowed to rehydrate much, Angulo came in around the LHW limit and they fought in what may as well of been a phonebox. A bigger ring, those knockdowns don't happen.
Just like Angulo, GGG has a punchers chance and that is all in my eyes.
GGG is an exceptional puncher he has a punchers chance against any middleweight, he has a punchers chance against Lara but failing that he losses a decisive decision.
Lara's too fast, too slick for this guy. If these punchbags with no ring I.Q can make him look almost out of ideas, Lara will have a field day with him.Comment
