He agreed to unlimited urine and 3 blood tests which included tests right after the first press con and immediately after the fight.

Guys like Pederson and Berto got caught by urine samples taken almost three months before their respective fights. Show me a link where so-called extra testing is any different from what Pacman had agreed to. They most likely had just one blood tests and most of it is urine. Show me links.
Pacquaio did not agree the first time around, his team wanted a cut-off. Team Mayweather offered a 14-day cut off, and Team Pacquaio rejected it. And you know what, many can argue that it's OK that Team Pacquaio rejected that offer because it had never been done before. So in a way, Team Pacquaio can get a pass for rejecting it.

It was only afterwards that Team Pacquaio announced they have no problems with random drug testing, no cut-offs, etc. And that's fine. I think it's cool they're on board and actually doing it today rather than never.

The point is,Pac-juice refused the testing that Floyd wanted back in 2009, which is the hardest testing to beat.Floyd also offered Pac-juice 50% back in 2009, and was willing to agree to Pac-juice`s request of paying 10 mil for every pound Floyd comes over the 147 pound limit,if he does.Pac-juice wanted the type of test that could easily be beaten instead, and Floyd wasn`t having it.

And just because Berto and Peterson got caught through urine testing, that does not mean Pac-juice took the same PED`s that Peterson and Berto took.Pac-juice may have taken something that you catch through random blood testing with no cutoff dates,or less then 2 weeks cutoff dates.

Stop this foolishness. Your hero is the biggest roider in the sport and gets away with positive test results. I'd be avoiding this subject if I were you. It's embarrassing. A guy who claims to be a sport cleaner turns out to be the dirtiest. Hehe... makes me puke.
The USADA test schedule shows otherwise, than there was no cut-off and no 14-days. Only the first fight with Mosley had around a 14 or so cut-off, but not really, because they also got tested on the day of the fight.

Nonito Donaire's year-round testing is a joke too because it's not being done for his opponents. So Donaire may be clean, but his opponents might be very dirty. So what is the point? If Pacquaio does year-round random drug testing, and his opponent like Marquez does not, what is the point? It is foolish to protect your opponent, while not protecting yourself.

My hero? Haha, I'm not even a Mayweather fan. But again he wasn't wrong when he was wanting Pacquiao tested. You keep saying it's Mayweather who is dirty, but again you make no mention of how Roach pretty much said Pacquiao was dirty all those years. I guess it's just not convenient for you.

And as far as Donaire is concerned, isn't it also hilarious how many Filipino fans believe Marquez to have been dirty because he hooked up with Memo Heredia, but Donaire is not, even though he works with Conte, and is tested by VADA, a program Conte helped and continues to advice.

Bradley should choose UsAdA,you can`t trust VADA because VADA testers told Rios that they were testing Pac-juice once and only a week before the fight.Margaret Goodman said it wasn`t true but she is not trust worthy because she was the one that came to defend Pac-juice when Pa-juice refused the testing that Floyd wanted.

VADA is an obvious supporter of Pac-juice juicing to the bone.

There should be nothing to negotiate. They should agree to random blood and urine testing up to the day of the fight. If they are negotiating the terms, that simply means that Pacquaio is trying to find a loophole so he can start juicing again. We saw how well he did without the juice - two losses (one knockout loss) and a poor performance against a c-class fighter. Pac knows he can't defeat Bradley without his usual preparation.

Or maybe Arum finally found a tester that can find the vein instead of poking poking and poking
