Pacquiao didn't refuse testing. He agreed to unlimited urine and 3 blood tests. How many times do we have to repeat this? He agreed to more than what Money Mayweather have been subjecting himself into. I repeat Pacman didn't refuse testing. He agreed to unlimited urine and 3 blood tests which included tests right after the first press con and immediately after the fight.

Guys like Pederson and Berto got caught by urine samples taken almost three months before their respective fights. Show me a link where so-called extra testing is any different from what Pacman had agreed to. They most likely had just one blood tests and most of it is urine. Show me links.

this whole "negotiation" thing is somewhat strange. if a fighter is clean what's to negotiate; just say give me any test, anytime just give the other guy the same tests.

PED's are rife in combat sports - and they are the sports where they should be especially tested for! Fighters HURT each other and one fighter using drugs to increase his performance in a FIGHT is especially dangerous.
