NSAC testing will always be there. VADA or USADA is just additional testing...

Don't forget that if it wasn't for Floyd mayweather, no-one would be tested. Give credit where it's due.

Generally, a simple YES or NO to testing would do. Manny probably wants to stop testing a week or two before the fight, hence, negotiating the testing.
