Miguel Cotto inició sus entrenamientos en Los Ángeles, California antes de lo anticipado.

Originalmente, el tres veces campeón indicó que tenía previsto reportarse al gimnasio de Freddie Roach a mediados de abil. Sin embargo, Cotto aprovechará la presencia del filipino en el Wild Card Gym para entrar en calor con miras al pleito contra el Sergio ***8220;Maravilla***8221; Martínez que será el 7 de junio en el Madison Square Garden de Nueva York.

Es la segunda ocasión que Cotto recurre a los conocimientos de Roach. La primera fue en el 2013 para el duelo contra el dominicano Delvin Rodríguez en octubre pasado.

Key point is that King Cotto was scheduled to start camp o/a 14 Apr, so that gives him an additional 2 weeks to get it done! Also, taking advantage of possible sparing with Manny....who knows.
