I don't have a problem if you think Sergio will win but anyone expecting Martinez from the Williams/Pavlik years are flat out idiots.

Seriously, he looked like **** and got a gift decision in his last fight. He also totally gassed up against a guy who was throwing punches between hitting his bong. Expecting a young, fresh and sharp Sergio Martinez is truly laughable, it is what Cotto should be training for but that guy is long gone. The fact is we are looking at 2 aging fighters... I'll go with the one who has been more active and has a style that isn't reliant solely based off reflex which Sergio's style completely is.
Where in my post did I say we were going to see a young fresh Sergio you bell-end?

Not scared but he certainly hedged his bets. Martinez is an ageing, injury ridden fighter. Canelo is still young, strong and fresh. He fancies his chances of beating Sergio much better than he does Canelo.

...BWHAHAHA!!!! This guy... I won't reply anymore to you, you are either a troll or just flat out ******ed, either way it's not worth lowering my intelligence anymore. Seriously, let's duck a non champion for the REAL champion in a higher weight class, dumbass.

I'm pretty sure Cotto wanted a catchweight, but it was denied by Team Martinez. So in order to make the fight, he had to agree to eventually roll with 160 lbs or step away from the table.
Hey ****** why would they deny a catch weight when his own team says he comes in at 157 or 158.

Do some research, there is an interview RIGHT AFTER Cotto's last fight where Roach says we'll fight Martinez at 160 and that there is no need for a catchweight. I'll wait for your dumbass reply next... Not to mention the only time Cotto asked for a CW ever was against Margarito and in an interview when he asked about it Cotto said the weight means nothing, he just wanted to show Margarito who is in charge. Mind games dood... Keep in mind I thought Cotto was going to ask for a 155 CW because Sergio ran his mouth about that a few years ago. I would have told Sergio you said now back it up, Cotto more gangsta than I am that's for sure.

You shouldn't reply because your comprehension skills are obviously very low. Don't remember saying he ducked anyone. He just hedged his bets with what he thinks is a more winnable fight knowing that the other less winnable fight will still be there afterwards.

Essentially he has less to lose going up to 160 to fight Martinez. He will get credit even if he loses. Whereas if he lost to Canelo at 154, not many would want to see him face Martinez
