Pacquaio really has a big pair on him lol...this is the last thing I expected him to say publicly. It's a good tactic because in this situation he nulls two things the whole "arum" thing and "the purse thing". I will say I didn't want this fight this fight to happen last year but this dude seems to really really want the fight and i'm starting to really think it's not really about the money like folks have assumed..also don't believe he'll end up owing more than 20% of that $68 million..I been reading more on that Gcazal dude the philipino advisor that seems to be more involved now and I think this cat saw something in the Canelo and Guerrero fight that really has him thinking he could take it to Floyd. You know what they say "sharks circle in packs when they smell blood". This shh is also being built up little by little by both sides as either Floyd's 49th fight..

That's why having no cut off days for random testing is very important. So that the athlete never knows when exactly the testers will show up. It helps to make the athlete think twice about trying to cheat.

This may be true against anyone not named Floyd Mayweather. He has shown to have lesser drawing power than Floyd and also has recently been KTFO, with his only win since being a UD over a career lightweight who had lost his last fight. Manny is at the lowest point of his career in 10 years, he has nothing on Floyd presently.

Well he doesn't but I bet showtime doesn't want another 12m loss on their books so I think showtime is listening to manny right now. Showtime has to know that the khan fight is receiving a less than stellar response from fans.

The issue is not the cut-off, it's the excuse..."because I'm afraid of needles, I get weak when I give blood, etc." It's just like in 2012..."the cuts aren't healed, we need a stadium, etc." Trust me, Floyd is part of the blame for no mega-fight, but he ain't ducking Manny! I just don't like people accusing Floyd of juicing when he was first (big name anyway)to ask for RANDOM testing in boxing. Then after being KO'd, random testing is okay all of a sudden! If Pac fans didn't like Floyd accusing Manny, then they shouldn't do the same to Marquez and Floyd!

He doesn't need to have anything on Floyd. That is why he is asking, not dictating. Lets see what Floyd says since his ego will not allow him to remain quiet. There is not a single fighter on the planet that fans have demanded Floyd to fight over Pac.

Why would he propose they both abandon their purses, rather than saying he will fight for nothing. The latter would be even more effective than this absurd proposition. Isn't this essentially just sinking down to Floyd's level?
