Random testing is year round. When did floyd start doing year round to ensure hes not doing any drugs at any time?

Random testing is random within any time frame. If you want to say it's not Olympic standard testing, then yeah, it's not. But the testing they do is in fact random.

And the purpose of the random testing is to ensure the safety of both fighters/opponents. Not just one single fighter -- that is ******ed. Boxing should have year-round testing for the majority of fighters all across the board. But having it happen during training camp is a lot better than nothing at all.
