They don't even have that comment because Manny has never said he was scared of needles.

Why didn't it happen?
It's the great unanswerable question. Both fighters have been accused of ducking each other. The promoters have also taken heat for failing to bring the two together. But most contentious, and detrimental to the cause, was a dispute over needles and performance-enhancing drug testing.
Mayweather, not content with the Nevada Athletic Commission testing that BALCO's Victor Conte once referred to as "an IQ test," insisted on testing conducted by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA). Citing a fear of needles, Pacquiao initially declined, then agreed to a limited drug testing regiment that included three blood draws at predetermined times.
“You gotta understand,” Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum told Seconds Out's Thomas Hauser. “I’m dealing with a Filipino fighter who is superstitious, and I have to tell him they have the power to come into his dressing room before the fight and take his blood. Manny gets freaked out when his blood gets taken and feels that it weakens him. They would put nothing in writing as to any kind of schedule. That is ludicrous.”
The USADA and Mayweather balked. Olympic-style testing demands tests be conducted at random times, unknown to the athlete. If a fighter knows when a test is coming, as Pacquiao was insisting, it's much easier to mask performance-enhancers.(End Quote)
I'm just sayin'!

Reminds me when Manny said he would take less and then said 50/50 when Floyd wanted to give him the 40Mil.
First to answer you 40 mill: There is a difference between the $40 mill and 50/50 by maybe another $40-$60 mill ..... who knows. So the point is, Manny was saying that he would give in a bit to get the fight on BUT Manny never said that he was willing to get screwed!
So Floyd, who is in FULL DUCK MODE, responds with $40 million as he knows that is a low-ball number that Manny would not accept. When Manny countered several times, Floyd didn't ....... I wonder why? Excluding Sergio Martinez (who Floyd totally avoids), it's because Floyd was not interested as Manny had the highest risk factor of making Floyd lose his precious "0"
Manny's current response: All Manny is doing is countering Floyd recent comments about Manny being desperate and that is why Manny is interested in the fight and Floyd, still is not interested. So Manny says, "I'm not desperate and would fight for free" .......
it's a great move by Manny ..... and puts the blame back on Floyd for not wanting the fight. Which is has been the case all along .... even Floyd admits to it now!

Floyd doesn't fight for free and Manny knows that so what kind of a ****** offer is this? He made this offer knowing Floyd would never agree to fight for free. If it's about proving he doesn't want the money he can agree to donate his purse but Floyd shouldn't have to donate his.

How can I get burned when Floyd continues on with his never-ending roadblocks. Man, I would have been the first to cheer him if he did otherwise but Floyd never fails.
You continue believing Floyd .....

btw, random testing is year round. Not just 2 months during training. We don't know what Floyd could be taking during the other 10.

Also, Floyd ACCUSED Manny of taking PEDs with no proof. If you check out Floyd fans, they give Floyd a break on that Manny's promoter is Arum and all of a sudden after 4 years, Floyd became too sensitive about that fact and can't fight .... Floyd thru Manny under the bus when Floyd and company ACCUSED Manny of taking PEDs with no proof YET they are not as sensitive to that being part of the initial failure of negotiations. Not even after Manny sued and the other side couldn't find any proof!
See you are not bringing up facts. What you said about Arum is crazy considering you are a Floyd MONEY Mayweather fan. Arum wanted to generate more money hence the stadium ...... BUT later said OK let's do the fight in May with no stadium instead of June. Manny also said the cuts are fine and let's do it in May on his official website BUT Floyd then came back and said, "I WANT ALL PPV MONEY"
But come on, you didn't believe the BUILD a staduim crap did you?
Do you know how long that takes?? Basically it was Bob Arums way of saying it takes 2-3 years to build a staduim, let me milk Manny until theres nothing left a.k.a while the staduim is built, and then you can have him.
And as far as Bob having the staduim built within a few months was a load of crap.

Furthermore, Manny also stated so in interviews and on his official website that he was ready and willing to fight in May instead of June.
What made everything truly irrelevant is once Floyd went from "Manny take the test and we have a fight" to "I NOW WANT ALL PPV MONEY"
