Wow so the best way to get Floyd in the ring is to ask him to fight for free?
Thats just ******.
Floyds team wouldn't even insult Floyd by presenting him that kind of offer.
Its the dumbest offer ever.
Damn at least say a small % to go to charity. Not all the money geez.
What would have impressed me more would have been a (winner takes all) offer from Pacquiao.
That way Floyd could beat Manny's Azz, get all the money, and Pacquiao could go home broke and prove that he didn't need the money.Comment

But Manny has zero leverage at this point. He is a rapidly fading star who has no right to dictate anything to Floyd. Also, Manny saying something along the lines of, "I'll donate my purse to charity if you fight me Floyd" would be even more effective at putting Floyd on the spot.Comment

Well, well, well, .... that is what we have been telling you Floyd fans all these years. Floyd's offers were never intended to get the fight on. They were roadblocks. Nothing more, nothing less.Cause it makes the PAC turds upset lol. I don't hate manny and I call it like it is. This isn't a serious offer. 40 mil wasn't enough but now hell fight for free. It just doesn't make sense. And does he want Floyd to fight for free? Cause there's def no shot of that happening lol
We boxing fans know what Manny is doing here and it's a great response to Floyd's latest roadblock.Comment

Money Mayweather is a great pretender, as fans have been saying for years. He made a fuss over cut-off dates when it turned out that all of his so-called ost crap in his fights had cut-offs. What Manny agreed to was more than what Money have been subjected to.
Then he orginally planned to fight Morales for his Cinco de Mayo, but all hell broke loose in the boxing community. To appease the fans, he pretended calling out Pac and ended up offering him a bogus offer he knows will be refused. The guy is simply scared. He'll do anything to duck the fight. That's why many folks call him Fraud. Hehe...Comment

The same thing that Mannys monetary distribution has to do with floyd. Absolutely nothing, but for some reason, floyd feels its an important part of why the fight can't get done.Originally posted by THE REED™If pacquiao is trying to prove he doesn't need the money... what does that have to do with Mayweathers money?
Pacquiao should just say, Ill sign that all my earnings for the fight will be donated to charity.
Floyds earnings for the fight has nothing to do with Manny trying to prove hes not just looking for a bailout.Comment

Get your facts straight homie!
Blood Testing: "Arum: The Fight's Off" Dan Rafael ESPN January 7, 2010
Quote: "Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want any blood testing but had agreed to take three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week; one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight; and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would have been subject to the same testing procedures."
Quote: " Said Koncz: "We agreed to move the drug testing to 24 days under the supervision of the Nevada commission and Mayweather still wouldn't budge. So now what we've done is give up maybe $40 million to take a stand for Manny's principles."
Cuts: "Blame Bob Arum for No Pac-Floyd Fight" Dan Rafael ESN January7, 2012
http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id...yweather-fight
Quote: "Arum figured Mayweather would be in jail and off the table. Now that Mayweather is available and seemingly would like to make the match, Arum suddenly isn't interested. He used the lame excuse of the cut Pacquiao suffered against Marquez, saying he might not be ready for May. (I've never heard of a cut taking more than six months to heal.) However, earlier this week, when Arum thought Mayweather would be on ice behind bars, he said there was a good possibility Pacquiao would fight in May. Moments after Mayweather was granted the continuance, Arum changed his tune."
Quote: "We're fighting in June, one of the four guys," Arum told me over the phone. I asked him, now that Mayweather was available, would he at least be part of the conversation when Arum meets with Pacquiao next week?
A perturbed Arum's response was, "Absolutely not. Nope." Come again? You won't even talk about it with Pacquiao, I asked very politely. "My mission is to go over to the Philippines and talk about these four guys," Arum said. "If Manny feels he wants to go in May, he will tell me. I want to make sure Manny's cuts are healed. We won't fall under this kind of pressure. June is much more likely for Manny's fight, not May."
Quote: "But at this moment, the fault of a fight not being made falls squarely on the shoulders of Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, who, in my view, simply doesn't want to make the match at a moment when there seems to be no legitimate impediment. Arum doesn't want to match his cash cow, Pacquiao, with somebody he doesn't control, and he has no control over Mayweather. He once did, but that was years ago, before their nasty breakup."
I'm just sayin'
Thanks bud for pointing it out that Manny was ready to do FULL urine test from DAY 1 and extra blood testing too. They just had a 10 day difference on cut-off dates yet those Floyd fans make it sound like that was not the case .....
but then Floyd knew that Manny would give in so he kept on putting the new roadblocks as I mentioned ....... thanks for the help
