People like to dismiss Pac's 8 titles in 8 divisions but show me anyone else who's done it. If it was so easy Marquez could have done it too or Donaire, or Gamboa.

not to mention pac didnt have no fancy gym to train at or all the new hi tech equipments these fighters have now. there's a picture of pac when he was younger doing sit ups or something ****** azz hell lol.. pac had it rough compare to other great fighters. pac was once always an underdog going into his fights and never got the credit he deserves.

              Amen to a nice read.

Too bad Floyd fans won't appreciate it. They're busy worshipping his so called ppv numbers, the $100 bills he burns and the 0 on his record.

Some thought it might be a stretch to see WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao move up to 154-pounds to challenge WBA title-holder Yuri Foreman in March. Top Rank promotes both fighters and offered Foreman as a replacement for Floyd Mayweather Jr. The people who thought it would never happen said Foreman was just too big for Pacquiao, who fought Miguel Cotto last November at a catch-weight of 145-pounds.

This why Pac is an ATG and FOTD.

Then he engages in his trilogy with Eric Morales. Morales was coming off of a 12 round majority decision loss in the fight of the year to Barrera.

For the record- Morales beat Manny the 1st tme then he lost to Zahir Raheem then Manny beat him twice in a row. Morales then lost to David Diaz, whom Manny then beat.

Its reasonable to question why anyone would hold a win over erik moales up when he lost the fight before to raheem. Erik is a HOF'er but the loss to raheem suggested he wasn't the same fighter anymore.

Had Manny defeaed Raheem instead of Morales a 3rd time, he would have negated any criticism, especially when he fought Diaz after he beat Morales.

The writer asks where are all the tailor made fighters. This is a fair point. I would ask the writer-what was it about Zahir Raheem that manny and his team declined to fight him after beating Erik but they jumped at the chance to fight Diaz after he beat Erik?

As you all know, i've worked in boxing for over 20 years. I've worked with 15 world champions, numerous world class trainers and collaborated with many industry established journalists.

In all of that time i have never come across a boxer as exciting, humbling and popular as the Pacman.

He is everything that's good about the sport and without doubt the undisputed pound 4 pound ambassador of boxing.

if you LOVE boxing then you LOVE Manny Pacquiao. Simple.
