Oh he's welcome to say anything, even if he makes himself look bad. It's best to avoid though. I mean, there's nobody in boxing who's moved up more divisions than Pac, and here's a guy who's never budged a lb, p4p best win over a guy dropping a full division, trying to give Pac a lesson. That's outrageous cheek, it's like Ortiz taunting someone for quitting

Yeah, well I guess I'll just take your word for it cause I don't have inside info on what their team had planned. All I know is that they fought at 147 before and after Cotto.
You don't have to take my word, you can just fcuking remember what happened. Welter was not on Pac's radar, he was straight cherrypicked by DLH. He had a single fight at 135 FFS

            Was it Oscar's fault? Yes.

Was it a legitimate athletic accomplishment for Pacquiao? No.

Point is he's being a hypocrite here.

He starts off good with saying Manny Pacquaio has a great legacy. He should have left it there, but no.

He's continues on to ultimately take a s**t on him regarding catchweight fights, a tactful s**t, but a s**t nonetheless...when he himself, mayweather, and just about every top fighter has at least one under their belt.

This coming from a cat who can't seem to fight out of Oakland, Calif, or put on an exciting fight if his life depended on it...
              Andre doesn't like Floyd.

Pacquiao drained Oscar, Cotto, and Margarito, all 154 lbers, down to 147, 147, and 150 respectively.

Mayweather drains Canelo, a 154 lber, down to 152, and the hypocritical Pacquiao fanatics go insane.

Ward probably would be better served to figure out how can get more than a few stray animals to see him wrestle, bearhug, lowblow, and headbutt his way to a sleep inducing decision....

How's that different than Ward Dawson? Here's how:

Dawson came down a full division, DLH went down 3lbs
Pac went up 2 divisions, Ward didn't budge
Pac was moving up to his 7th (all time record), Ward staying in his 1st
Dawson never did anything at 168, Oscar accomplished at welter, his 4th
                  Prime Oscar > Prime Dawson
Drained Oscar > drained Dawson, cause he still brings a chin
