I don't get it? Rios loves to get punched in the face or so he thought intill he stepping into that ring with manny and shelled up to avoid damage .... That would be a good fight to watch will thurman be able to handle a relentless pressure fighter who can handle being hit by a slower power puncher

i think thurman is going to be a major player at welter. he beats today's pacquiao and gives prime pacquiao trouble.

You're high. He might give today's Pacquiao trouble, and would have a puncher's chance of winning the fight even. Prime Pacquiao puts Thurman in a body bag.

I'm not even sure Thurman could beat Paulie, let alone Manny Pacquiao.

i just have to disagree. i think thurman has the intelligence and discipline to frustrate pac to a decision.

Manny has underrated boxing skills. He would dominate Thurman with those skills.

                Pez,

Thurman is good, though. In in due time he may even turn out to be a great. I mean who knows. He certainly is on the right path.

That said, I mean just look at his resume. It's starting to get tougher for him now and I commend him for that but we all really need to see him in the ring with some real comp (Chavez and Karass were small steps in the right direction) before I even mention him in the same breath with any of the top ten P4P guys. He was talking a lot of **** to Paulie a while back -- I want to see them put that fight together. Like it was for Broner, Paulie would be a nice test to see where Thurman is truly at.

I'm not sure how this would play out. Pre Marquez KO I would definitely say Pacquiao but now he seems more vulnerable, so you never know, Maybe Thurman could hurt him.

Pac murks him. If it weren't for these f@ggot promotional wars I'd be dying for them to make this fight.
