Thurman's defense is too suspect; he'll be overwhelmed. He's tough enough to endure the punishment though. He can cut the ring is well but could her do so with such mobile opponent in front of him?

I still have doubts about Keith on the technical side of his game; the raw talent is there.

Keith Thurman is getting overrated to the point where it's getting disgusting. :blow: We're talking about a guy who has beaten absolutely nobody so far in his career, his 20 wins are all over bums. Anyone can look like a beast against this kind of opposition, it doesnt mean jack. Makes me laugh that the dude has the nerve to call himself something like "one touch", when his best win so far in his career is beating Soto Karass, a guy with like 10 losses and something like 6 draws and had just gotten KTFO by Maidana in his previous fight. and Thurman was in trouble early himself. Maidana also knocked out SotoKarass faster, mind you.

And now all the sudden these dumba$$es think Thurman can KO PAC? You guys have got to be joking. Thurman has done absolutely nothing and fought nobody to even suggest he is at the Pacman's level. PAC isn't just above him, PAC is 2-3 levels above this guy. Anyone can look like a one touch ko machine against bums. IMO Thurman at this point would lose to Maidana, definitely loses to Shawn Porter, probably loses to Kell Brook, definitely loses to Tim Bradley, probably loses to Provodnikov, and would lose to Danny and Lucas if they move up. Btw all these guys have better resumes than Thurman. He shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as Pacquiao and Mayweather.

And yes, I've seen Thurman fight and he likes to swing wild a lot. Works against bums and nobodies with 10 losses, works against guys who are scared, but won't work against an elite sharpshooting veteran like Pacquiao. If Thurman gets overly aggressive with PAC, I can see him getting laid out Ricky Hatton style.

Lol again at people who are jumping on the Thurman bandwagon after seeing him knockout some bums and think that this guy is Jesus. The guy is nothing but a prospect amongst many others, we'll see how he does after he steps up but atm he gets trashed by the elites like Pacquiao, Mayweather, Bradley, etc.

Funny, I'm the one that called you a fake Thurman fan, but you're trying to reverse it on me.

              Childish tactic at it's finest.

Thurman is a promising young fighter but Manny is on another level right now. In a year. Or two and some more experience against better opposition maybe..
